Project Engineer/ Coordinator cum Admin

  • Software Proficiency

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    • Microsoft Project or equivalent

    • AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

    • Familiarity with document management systems is an advantage

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in STP, Water or Wastewater projects.

    • Experience in project documentation, tender submissions and contract administration.

    • Familiarity with construction drawings and project schedules.

    • Experience supporting testing, commissioning and project handover activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, STP, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) or Wastewater infrastructure projects.

  • Experience in project coordination, documentation control and administrative support.

  • Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with project reporting, meeting coordination and document management.

  • Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
